A simple guide to creating, entering, and using your virtual office

Tables are the core of daily collaboration in BeZoned.
How tables work

You control your own microphone (mute/unmute anytime)
Why tables matter
Tables represent teams, topics, or ways of working
You can “listen in” just like in a physical office
Quick questions and spontaneous conversations happen naturally
Special-purpose tables
Teams can agree to dedicate tables, for example:
Focus table / mute table → “I’m concentrating, please don’t interrupt”
Team table → Daily collaboration
Support table → Open for questions
Clear table conventions make the office easier to use for everyone.
