Audio selection issues when returning from "Sleep Mode"

When you sit at a table in BeZoned, let your computer go to sleep, and then come back it it changes audio output to something other than what it was previously set to (even if previous settings was default settings). When staying at the table, in the ‘Devices’ settings in BeZoned it still has the correct settings selected, but just doesn’t seem to be using them. Even if you change the Speaker settings to something else and then back, it will not change where the audio comes from. It can be “resolved” by either restarting BeZoned or simply changing to another table and then back.

Graphical issue on user icons when they speak

Noticed this over the last few days on a Windows Desktop. This only seems to be an issue when the BeZoned window not full-screen.

BeZoned on Teams App

Before the audio stack change update, I was able to launch BeZoned on my Teams mobile App and join a table for handsfree tabel talk while driving. It seems after this update, the Mic is stuck forever refreshing without being able to connect. Seems like it just wont connect to either the car mic or the phones mic. Edit: Testet with normal headphones on bluetooth with phone and that works …

Background noise is audible

My colleagues and I are having an issue with background noise, like keyboard typing, being audible when sitting around a table. We all have noise suppression enabled in the Bezoned settings menu. The issue should be noticeable as soon as you swap between a Teams meeting and a table in the BeZoned office.

Be able to name tables to what makes sense to our office and organization.

Delete office

Be able to delete an office that is no longer in use. The way to do it today is doing it from Teams, but that is not so easy.

Suggested mute-boxes for phone meetings

Have phone boxes in the office, so that when you enter your status is set to Do Not Disturb and speaker/mic are muted.

Share short lived announcements/communications

In order to share small updated during the day of something great or other news one would like to tell your coworkers; it would be great to create a “temporary” sticky announcement that could be seen in the BeZoned office window and that would be removed after typically 12 hours or end of day. Announcements could be, “Just had a great meeting with our partner/customer XYZ”, “We just cracked the problems we had in dev with the servers”, “It’s Annas birthday today!”, etc.

Chat window size

The chat window should be scalable, meaning you can drag its edges in both directions to fit the window to your needs. In addition, I would like to be able to scale (zoom) the text size within the chat window

Strange entry to meeting room

Leave meeting sends you to lobby

Office audio and communication upgrade

The audio and solution will be upgraded to Cloudflare Realtime for better sound quality, and at the same time we will look at making it possible to share screen when sitting around a table.

High power usage (might be MacOS Tahoe)

I have experienced a high power usage sitting active and idle in BeZoned on my Mac. BeZoned is opened from within Teams as a new window, and Teams meetings do not seem to take as many resources (no fan spinnin on those); However more testing is needed to confirm this. Could it be the GPU usage? I managed to run out of juice before noon two days straight, where usually it last a day and half of Teams meetings. With all that being said Tahoe 26 have multiple confirmed optimization issues that have surfaced with the update, which effect many applications, including Electron Apps (Teams): https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=45376977 I will keep an eye out for Teams/OS update and test some more, just wanted to share issue and findings so far :)

Add a BeZoned Table to a regular Teams Meeting

Teams meetings not started directly from BeZoned can now also be connected to a Table (channel).

When I click the BeZoned menu in a meeting initiated from a meeting room, I get the list of offices instead of the list of features I can use in the meeting.
