Audio issues

Me and my coworkers are experiencing frequent issues with the audio.

The most frequent is audio not reaching the people at the same table, sometimes one way but mostly both ways - I would be able to hear someone, but they cannot hear me. In most cases user icons will pulse orange and no audio connection seems present.

The issue is really disruptive and occurs multiple times a day, and can require moving between tables or full restart to fix.
