Avatar menu
Right clicking and avatar of another person will show the Avatar menu.
The Avatar menu will make it easy to:
1) Get a better understanding of the availability of the person, e.g. showing his/her calendar, and Away message if any.
2) Connect to the other person with e.g. 1:1 chat, mail or video call.
